This partnership is a must for us as a club, as the education and development work in AIK is something we are very passionate about, and we feel that PDP echoes this same mindset.

What is a club partnership?

PDP Club Partnerships are designed to help clubs create a learning environment for their coaches. The PDP team will guide your coaches through the extensive library of learning content and resources available to them.

Player Development Project is the world’s largest online learning resource for football coaches, focusing on connecting the latest research to practical coaching environments. PDP is committed to enabling coaches around the world to share ideas, learn together, and ultimately create positive learning environments for players.

Why Become a Partner Club?

1.
Access to a HUGE library of
learning content

From Q&A discussions, to in-depth video interviews, session plans, the latest research, and insights from top coaches, PDP covers it all.

2.
Your coaches will be guided
by the PDP team

Each month the PDP team will send an email to all coaches at your club with a new focus topic for the month.

You will receive a list of recommended content which helps guide each coach through the topic

3.
Facilitate ongoing coach
education

By signing up for a Club Partnership, you are activating an ongoing learning resource for your club’s coaches.

The PDP team have the resources and provide the guidance.

Our mission is to be Australia’s leading youth development program and in working with PDP, we are able to provide an accessible learning tool to our full-time Academy coaches to continually review and refine their practice.

Additional Options

Flipped Classroom

The PDP team are also available to provide guidance around a continued learning model called the ‘Flipped Classroom’ model.

This model allows coaches to nominate a topic they would most like to discuss, the PDP team can then provide video or article recommendations suited to this topic.

Having watched or read the recommended content, coaches will come together again on a predetermined date to discuss this topic in depth. This discussion can take place online or in person.

Discussion questions can be managed by club leadership, by the PDP team, or both.

Live Webinars

The PDP team, including our network of experts, can facilitate the above Flipped Classroom discussions via a custom live webinar.

Live webinars can also be used to pick apart topics and encourage continued professional development among coaches. Webinars are best employed as a learning tool when there are regular dates in the calendar, pre-determined by the club.

PDP can provide the software platform, facilitate the registration process, host the discussion, and even bring in outside experts to contribute to the conversation where required.

Testimonials

“As Head of Education at AIK FC it’s important for me to provide quality content for our coaches in an easily accessible way. PDP is a great resource for our coaches because the content is modern and delivered in a very appealing way.

AIK recognise that learning and development is nonlinear, so providing learning opportunities that are accessible to our coaches at any given time is a logical step for us. This partnership is a must for us as a club, as the education and development work in AIK is something we are very passionate about, and we feel that PDP echoes this same mindset.”
