Dave Wright
Dave has 17 years’ coaching experience in England, Australia and New Zealand with players at all levels. During his five years in the UK, Dave coached at Premier League club, Fulham FC and Championship club, Brentford FC. He has also previously coached with Football NSW and Football Victoria in Australia. Now coaching U20s at A League Club, Melbourne Victory FC, Dave holds the UEFA A license, FA Youth Award and is a Co-Founder of Player Development Project.
Specialties: session design, tactical planning, team culture, coach communication, individual learning plans, program design & team organisation.

Tony Readings
Tony Readings
Tony has 17 years coaching experience working with players at all ages and levels. Most notably Tony has 13 years experience working at an international level with the New Zealand Women's National Team. During this time Tony acquired a vast amount of knowledge and experience in both Performance Analysis and Coaching roles, including 6 years as Head Coach. Tony has attended 10 FIFA events which includes 3 FIFA Women's World Cups and 3 Olympic Games and has coached and won more matches than any other New Zealand national team Head Coach. Tony holds the Pro Licence and has worked with male and female players and teams in all age groups from junior to senior and has significant experience working as a coach educator.

Reed Maltbie
Reed Maltbie
Coach Reed has 30 years coaching experience, is a TEDx Speaker and holds Masters Degrees in Early Childhood Education & Sports Psychology. Reed is the Founder of Raising Excellence, a digital and live coaching development platform for those who coach, teach, and influence children focused on developing stronger communication skills, creating highly effective learning environments, and helping coaches unlock individual, everyday excellence in their athletes.

James Coutts
James Coutts
James has 12 years coaching experience in England, Australia and the USA. During his time in Australia he has worked as a Technical Director in NPL Football and a Senior Men’s NPL Head Coach. James grew up in the UK and was an academy player at Southampton FC before going on to play professionally at AFC Bournemouth for three years. James currently holds the FFA/AFC A License.

Riccardo Marchioli
Riccardo Marchioli
Riccardo Marchioli has been a coach at various levels for the past 13 years. Currently an NPL Men's Head Coach, he also has 5 years experience as an NPL Technical Director, has been a Women's Premier League head coach as well as coaching with Football Victoria in the boys state development program. Riccardo also has experience as a tactical analyst and opposition scout at International and club level and holds an AFC/FFA A Licence.

Graham Mills
Graham Mills
Graham Mills is former Lead Youth Development Phase and Professional Development Phase Transition coach currently working at a Premier League academy. He holds the UEFA A Licence and FA Advanced Youth Award, as well as the UEFA B License in both Futsal and Goalkeeping. In addition to the 18 years coaching experience he possesses working with players at all ages and levels of the game, Graham is also a Licenced Tutor for the FA and has taught within in further and higher education settings as a senior lecturer in Sport, Coaching and Exercise Science. Graham has undertaken research into the perceived use of VR technology in football coaching, as well as the reflective practices of multidisciplinary teams in elite football environments. He has carried out a number of study visits to clubs including Athletic Bilbao and AZ Alkmaar and has produced interactive and age appropriate individual development plans (IDPs) for youth players.
