Dave Wright

Dave Wright has 20 years of coaching experience in three countries, holds the UEFA A license and is a Co-founder of Player Development Project. Dave has worked at High Performance Sport New Zealand as an Athlete Development Consultant and has a wealth of coaching experience in professional football. A former coach at Melbourne Victory, Fulham FC, Brentford FC, Dave has also worked with the New Zealand U17 Men’s team and is Head of Coaching at New Zealand National League club, Birkenhead United AFC.

Adam Wright

Adam is Co-Founder and CEO of Play Creative. With over a decade of experience in the digital content and online education industry and a background in user experience design, Adam’s focus is to deliver world-class online learning experiences to our partners and customers.

Rob Sherman

Rob Sherman is one of the most experienced coach developers and football leaders in the world. Rob has held Technical Director roles at the FA of Wales, Football Australia and New Zealand Football. Currently working as a High Performance Consultant at Oceania Football Confederation, Rob has vast experience at international level as a coach and coach developer, still delivering AFC Pro Licenses in the Asian region.

Tony Readings

Tony Readings holds the AFC Pro License and was the New Zealand Women’s Head Coach for 8 years. Tony has worked at High Performance Sport NZ as an Athlete Development Consultant and has held numerous Director of Football roles at clubs. Tony has coached in the Oceania Champions League and attended three Olympic Games and two FIFA Women’s World Cups.

Gordon MacLelland

Gordon MacLelland is the Founder of Working with Parents in Sport. Gordon’s organisation is leading the way in parent education in sport globally. WWPIS is a partner of England Rugby, Sport Ireland, Derby County FC, The Irish FA, British Gymnastics and many more.

Reed Maltbie

Coach Reed has 30 years coaching experience, is a TEDx Speaker and holds Masters Degrees in Early Childhood Education & Sports Psychology. Reed is the Founder of Raising Excellence, a digital and live coaching development platform for those who coach, teach, and influence children focused on developing stronger communication skills, creating highly effective learning environments, and helping coaches unlock individual, everyday excellence in their athletes.

Zaheer Shah

Zaheer Shah is a 1st Team Video Analyst for Premier League club, Tottenham Hotspur FC. Zaheer has also worked at Brentford FC for both the 1st team and the academy and has well over a decade of experience at the highest level.

Dr. Craig Harrison

Craig Harrison holds a PhD in Exercise Physiology and Athlete Development and has worked as lead Sports Scientist for the NZ U20 & U17 Women. Craig spent almost a decade as Director of Youth Development at AUT Millennium and is a Research Fellow at Auckland University of Technology. Craig has since founded the Athlete Development Project and hosts his own podcast, the Athlete Development Show.

Stefan Mauk

Stefan Mauk is a current Australian professional footballer player plying his trade in Japan with Fabiano Okayama. Stefan has captained Adelaide United and played at Melbourne City and Brisbane Roar as well as representing Australia at U23 level. Stefan is also the Founder of player self-reflection tool, The Inner Game Journal.

Dan Cooke

Dan Cooke is a professional coach with over a decade of experience in England, the USA, New Zealand and Fiji. Dan holds an NZF A license and has a PhD in Athlete Development. Dan is Coaching Advisor at Player Development Project, has a strong background in strength and conditioning and has worked at League 1 club, Plymouth Argyle in England.

Lee Hodge

Lee Hodge is the Head of Coaching at Plymouth Argyle in England. He holds the Premier League EHOC Diploma, the Premier League ECAS Award, The FA UEFA A license and Advanced Youth Award as well as a Masters in Applied Sport Development & Coaching. Lee has also worked at Swansea City AFC.

Nicole Saidon

Nicole is a project manager for Play Creative, focussed on managing deliverables for partners, communicating with key stakeholders and ensuring our partners are well looked after week-to-week. Nicole is a key point of contact for partners and helps to streamline communication and project management.
